The delivery method cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.

No worries, to perform an exchange please visit our Returns & exchanges page. Orders can be exchanged within 30 days maximum. Please note: we do not offer free returns/ exchanges.

Certain countries apply taxes on imported products, so we can't predict or change the fees. These taxes are at the importer's charge.

No worries, that can happen if there is a typo in the email address. Can you send the recipient's name to hello@mikuta.com? We'll fix that for you!

Yes, most of the banks will allow you to pay in euros. Additional charges might be applied by your bank.

ORDERS

If you want to change your order, please send an email to hello@mikuta.com asap, we'll do our best to help you. Kindly note that orders can usually be edited a few minutes after finalization only.

Confirmation emails are sent as soon as you finalize your order. If you haven't received yours and can't find your order, please send an email to hello@mikuta.com. Kindly include your full name and delivery address, and we'll help you locate it! 

You can view/download your invoice in your order confirmation email. If you can't find it, please send your order number to hello@mikuta.com. Our team will send you the invoice asap.

PRODUCTS

Please check the FIT + MEASUREMENTS of each product for information regarding the size. Please note that you can exchange your size or color within 30 days.

We don't do pre-orders, therefore we highly recommend going to each of your products' pages and adding your email in the 'Notify Me When Available' section, you'll receive an email as soon as we're re-stocked!

ABOUT US

Our clothing and accessories are mainly produced in Portugal. The country in which a certain product is produced can be found on every product page under MATERIAL + CARE. Our jewellery is produced in Germany except for THE BANGLES, which are produced in South Africa. Discover more about our products here.
