Please note: We do not offer free returns/ exchanges.



STEP 1: Please fill out and print our return form and add it to your return shipment.

STEP 2: Please return (standard shipping) your item(s) to:

For exchanges, simply return the item(s) you would like to exchange as described above.
Then order the new item(s).

Customers are allowed to return/ exchange purchases within 30 days but are responsible for all associated shipping charges, taxes and fees.

The product can not be damaged or have any marks of usage. The item(s) must be in its original condition (not washed, stained, worn, altered, damaged) and must be sent back in the original packaging.

For footwear and swimwear, please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return. Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
