Where is my order?
If you finalised your order more than 3 working days, it's most likely on its way.
The tracking link in usually available in the delivery email we sent you and in your Mikutas account under the 'My Orders' section.

I will not be home, how can I get my order?
If you're not home, your order will either be delivered at your front door or to the nearest post office. In both ways, you should be able to find the exact delivery status in your tracking.
Can I change the delivery method to express?
The delivery method cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.
My ordered item is too big/small, can I change the size?
No worries, to perform an exchange please visit our Returns & exchanges page.
Orders can be exchanged within 30 days maximum.
Please note: we do not offer free returns/ exchanges.
I had to pay a tax even if I paid for the delivery, is it normal?
Certain countries apply taxes on imported products, we can't predict or change the fees.
These taxes are at the the importers charge.
